The Silicon Rubber cap can be used to mask threaded and non-threaded studs or threaded and nonthreaded holes. Silicone Rubber is flexible and suitable to any irregular shapes. It can be used for painting of Petrol tanks or Recommended for use in Powder Coating, Liquid Coating, E-Coating, Anodizing and Plating. We also make Masking Plugs in Natural Rubber for Sand Blasting & Grid Blasting. Silicone rubber withstands high and low temperatures far better than organic rubbers. It can be used indefinitely at 150°C with almost no change in its properties. It withstands use even at 200°C for 10,000 hours or more, and some products can withstand heat of 350°C for short periods
